MITCHELL Bob has more than 20 years experience serving the leisure and hospitality industry and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of both public and private timeshare companies. In his role as an auditor, Bob focused on providing services to timeshare and other hospitality related companies as well as financial institutions.   Bob served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Diamond Resorts International and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of American Leisure Group. In these roles he was responsible for the Company’s overall accounting, finance, and reporting functions. In his role with Diamond Resorts, Bob oversaw a $300 million portfolio of timeshare mortgages, developed accounting and reporting procedures for off-balance sheet securitizations and led the efforts of preparing the company for sale and the syndication of transaction debt.   Prior to his direct industry experience Bob served as Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and worked on engagements for many of the premier timeshare companies including Westgate Resorts, Wyndham Resorts, Hyatt Vacation Club, Tempus Resorts, and Sunterra Corporation. Bob is also a certified public accountant.
