Mr. Gallivan, founded Integrity Homes, and continues to play an integral role in the company’s direction. He effectively utilized his extensive operating experience and excellent relationships with both national and local vendors to drive the business and develop a superior product. Integrity Homes, under Mr. Gallivan’s management, is tremendously successful and continues to operate in the Northern Virginia market. Prior to forming Integrity Homes, Mr. Gallivan was the President of Ryland Homes’ Washington DC Division for more than nine years. During his tenure with Ryland he was responsible for planning and directing the overall operations of the division, including site acquisition, sales, marketing, production and customer relations. During his tenure his division was consistently one of the top producing divisions in the nation. In addition to his experience at Ryland Mr. Gallivan was the President of Pulte Home Corporation’s South Florida Division. Throughout his ten-year tenure with Pulte, Mr. Gallivan held various senior level management positions within the company’s homebuilding and financial services operations at a divisional and corporate level. Mr. Gallivan has also held financial and operational management positions in multiple industries and functional areas. His previous employers include KPMG Peat Marwick, Equitable Federal Savings and Standard Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Gallivan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Gallivan resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife and five children.
