Josh was directly responsible in analyzing and maintaining a number of client relationships in the large corporate insurance and specialty finance industry. Josh was responsible for facilitating the timely delivery of credit and traded product solutions in an effort to drive revenue growth, manage risk and optimize the use of capital. Josh also developed financial modeling and valuation experience as an investment banking analyst with Jefferies in Charlotte, NC. Josh was involved in providing growing and mid-sized companies in the consumer and retail industry with advisory and underwriting services and was directly involved in a number of sell-side transactions. Josh earned a BBA with a concentration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. While at the University, Josh spent two years in the commercial real estate industry working for a boutique real estate development company and a prominent commercial real estate services firm in Austin, TX. Josh furthered his real estate valuation skills while assisting the McCombs School of Business MBA Council in its management of a $400k REIT portfolio.
