Jared has more than 20 years of experience driving corporate growth, brand and market expansion initiatives and has served in integral roles for leading companies during brand turnarounds and development across food and beverage, apparel, sports and entertainment, and consumer packaged goods industries.
Jared recently helped lead the global brand turnaround at Playboy Enterprises, including a workforce reduction of 75%, while generating significant top line and EBITDA growth. Jared was responsible for managing more than $1.5 billion in retail sales in 180 countries and more than 25,000 retail outlets, as well as managing the re-introduction of the Playboy Clubs and Casinos in North America, Asia and Europe.
Previously, Jared re-introduced the Doritos brand, at PepsiCo, regaining lost market share with their core audience through innovative marketing programs such as the Doritos “Crash the Superbowl” campaign which won the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award. Jared also held agency roles with Levi’s and ABSOLUT vodka.
Jared is an active advisor in brand development for Trejo’s Tacos, a new fast-casual concept in partnership with actor Danny Trejo, and has worked with Iron Chef and Food Network personality Judy Joo on her entry into product licensing. He has also supported American Diner Company in Moscow, Russia, with brand franchise acquisitions including Chili’s and Johnny Rockets.
