Jessica is an Analyst with experience in corporate finance, cash flow and financial modeling, due diligence, corporate re-financings, credit and loan sourcing, transaction valuations, investment banking instruments, sales offerings, lender assessments, and distressed real estate loan and portfolio modeling and analysis.
Jessica has assisted in structured financings including underwriting, execution and management of leveraged loans for corporate and investment banking clients. She has assessed ratings impacts to strategic alternatives and cost of capital and has developed dynamic three-statement models that projected client’s cash flows in various economic scenarios.
Jessica recently assisted in the $750 million bond issuance, $650 million term loan, and $1 billion revolving credit facility for Service Corporation International. She analyzed optimal re-financing structure, underwrote the credit and supported the lender due diligence process.
Jessica supported UniCredit Investment Banking’s Financial Institutions Coverage Group in Munich, Germany in analyzing client financing structure and debt capacity, including specific consideration to current and evolving EU regulations. She specialized in providing valuation and transaction support for European Banks and Asset Managers.
Jessica assisted in a €1.4 billion IPO issuance for Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management Group (DWS – Business Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapierspare). She developed and maintained the IPO model, maintained order books, and discussed investor sentiment with client’s management team on a weekly basis in the months leading up to the IPO.
Jessica also supported a €176 million debut term loan issuance for Caisse Française de Financement Local S.A. where she spearheaded the creation of the Confidential Information Memorandum and lender presentations. Jessica also assisted in the €4.5 billion Forward Rate Note issuance for Barclays PLC where she identified the optimal capital structure for UK banks considering the upcoming ring-fencing regulations.
Prior to joining Mackinac Partners, Jessica served as a Southwest Corporate Banking Analyst and an Energy Investment Banking Analyst at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey where she assisted in structured financings and developed detailed financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions/transactions, re-financings, dividends and share repurchases.
Jessica served as a graduate analyst for UniCredit Investment Banking’s Financial Institutions Coverage Group, and a summer analyst at Kildare Partners / Curzon Advisers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany where she prepared cashflow valuation models for the fund’s prospective distressed real estate assets in Germany and Sweden. She also assisted in managing assets within Kildare’s €80 million non-performing real estate loan portfolio.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where she also was a member of the Vanderbilt Cheerleading team. She earned a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Jessica holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses, and an Affiliate Real Estate Broker Licensee, Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
