Intelligence Analyst, Investigations, Risk and Dispute Advisory Group
Madeline is an Intelligence Analyst with the Investigations, Risk and Dispute Advisory Group of Mackinac Partners. She is experienced in background investigations, incident monitoring and response, and intelligence research, analysis and data extraction.
Madeline conducts complex background investigations for the firm’s private, public, and education clientele. She also assists clientele by conducting extensive social media research and developing detailed asset profiles on target individuals.
Prior to joining Mackinac Partners, Madeline worked as a Telecommunicator for Triple Canopy, a private security company that provides integrated security, mission support and risk management services to corporate, government and nonprofit clients. She monitored and responded to Department of Homeland Security and Federal Protective Service law enforcement and protective security officer radio traffic and emergency notifications, answered verbal and written inquiries, obtained and relayed public safety information, and monitored security alarm systems in federal buildings across 18 states.
Madeline also coordinated activities of law enforcement and other public safety personnel to create the appropriate response to daily and National Special Security events and leveraged Federal, State, and local criminal databases including the NCIC and Michigan Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN).
Prior to this role, Madeline served as an Intelligence Analyst Intern for the Michigan State Police (MSP) where she assisted with research on projects associated with crime fighting including the use of open source media and databases, as well as the monitoring of incoming Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) information. She also extracted, analyzed, and verified crime data and MSP activity data for MSP’s monthly Secure Cities Partnership Report.
Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
Madeline maintains the following credentials and memberships:
- Certified as a Public Safety Telecommunicator (APCO);
- Certified as a Federal Emergency Response Official (FEMA);
- Member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society (Alpha Phi Sigma);
- Completed National Crime Information Center (NCIC) training;
- Completed Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) and Personal Identifying Information (PII), and the use of ArcGIS and GIS systems training.
