In 2021, Mackinac Partners was acquired by Accordion, the private equity-focused financial consulting and technology firm dedicated to empowering the F&A functions and driving performance improvement. The deal provides expanded service offerings to customers and sponsors across the business lifecycle, as well as providing a combined geographic footprint of nine offices including Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and South Florida.
