Accordion Welcomes Senior Turnaround and Restructuring Executive Kam Miramadi

Bloomfield Hills, MI – Mackinac Partners (now Accordion), a leading financial advisory, restructuring and operational turnaround firm, is pleased to announce the addition of accomplished turnaround and restructuring executive Kam Miramadi to the firm.

Miramadi, based in Southern California, joins the firm as a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office. Kam has over 27 years of experience providing interim management and restructuring and turnaround solutions to companies, creditor groups and stakeholders across verticals.

Miramadi has served in interim management and senior advisory roles that include Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Interfaith Medical Center, Inc., Interim CFO for ArrayBio, Inc., Vice President of Finance & Operations at Milford Health & Medical, Inc. and senior advisor to BayWa r.e. (renewable energy) and Reichhold. He has led key initiatives across industries that include healthcare, building materials, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, transportation, consumer, and food and restaurant and has provided divestiture monitoring services to The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the US Federal Trade Commission.

Miramadi most recently served as a Managing Director with ToneyKorf Partners LLC, a boutique management and advisory firm based in Los Angeles. He also previously served as a Managing Director, Corporate Advisory and Restructuring Services for Grant Thornton LLP in Southern California. He is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors and the Turnaround Management Association, where he also formerly served as Treasurer and Board Member for the Northern California Chapter.
