Adam recently prepared financial models and marketing materials for several sell-side engagements with over $100 million in combined enterprise value. He also helped source several buy-side opportunities, performing extensive research on prospective targets and managing ongoing relationships.
Adam recently performed operational analysis for a leading psychiatric services provider. Adam analyzed operations and guided a team of technology specialists to integrate the company’s data systems, reducing administrative workload by 80% and providing insight on long-term scalability. Adam also researched and assessed turnkey acquisitions to expedite the Company’s market expansion and enhance service offerings.
Adam provided financial analysis and valuation services for a $60 million eye-care management organization, including forecasting patient accretion, determining market penetration, and evaluating a bolt-on investment opportunity. Adam also developed valuation models and pitch book materials and that led to a successful sale to a strategic acquirer.
Adam served as Interim FP&A Manager for Illinois Dermatology Institute, where he modeled scenario-based acquisitions and internal mergers, as well as projected earnings impacts and cost synergies. He also consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries, forecasted compliance with debt covenants, and worked with the CEO to position the company through COVID-19.
Adam previously served as a Growth Equity Analyst for Physician Growth Partners, a deal advisory and growth equity firm in Chicago, where he assessed and supported buy-side and sell-side opportunities and performed financial and operational due diligence, diagnosing necessary areas of improvement and spearheading initiatives to streamline operations.
Adam also served an Investment Analyst for Singapore-based RVP Equity where he provided global industry analysis for potential deals, conducted trend and risk assessments, and provided internal collaboration processes for deal tracking and remote deal support.
Adam also served as a Capital Markets and Brokerage Analyst Intern for Maxim Group in Manhattan where he created a data system to help manage $150 million in trades, supporting the transition of brokerage clients to a new clearing firm. He automated a custom discounted cash flow model using XBRL and SQL, producing on-demand baseline valuations for the deal team.
