Hannah Phillips

Hannah is a People Operations Associate with over eight years of experience. She has strong experience in investigations, backgrounds and corporate security and has assisted leading clients in detailed background assessments and investigations, asset investigations, risk mitigation initiatives, physical security, inventory and loss prevention, threat analysis, open-source intelligence, and health and safety programs.

Hannah spent a year with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in the Honors Intern Program, where she participated in several intelligence undertakings while maintaining a Top Secret Security Clearance required to accomplish several key assignments in the organization.

Spending time with both the Southeast Michigan Crimes Against Children Task Force (SEMCAC) and the West Michigan-Based Child Exploitation Task Force, Hannah was responsible for serving subpoenas, reviewing results, and transmitting important intelligence and information to the appropriate people/parties. She participated in various command posts and was called upon to access Consolidated Lead Evaluation and Reporting (CLEAR) reports, run Data Integration and Visualization System (DIVS) searches, identify social media profiles, and update the Virtual Command Center as needed.

Hannah also worked for several years as an Assistant for Tamarack Camps, an ACA accredited camping organization offering a range of Outpost Camps, Family Camps, and overnight programs. In this role, Hannah assisted the Associate Director and Assistant Director in interviewing potential seasonal staff members, both in group interviews and one-on-one interviews, and conducted background checks on approximately 350 seasonal employees.

She also scheduled various clientele for Outdoor Education programs at both main camp and the conference/retreat center, and tracked revenue flows and projections and directed monthly revenue projection reports to the Chief Financial Officer in addition to other support activities.

Prior to this, Hannah served as a seasonal staff member over several years for Tamarack as Camp Counselor, Lifeguard and Office Assistant. She tracked, organized, and filed camper registrations for approximately 1,300 campers, ensured health and safety of participants according to accreditation and company requirements, and assisted with activities and programs.

Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University, Frederik Meijer Honors College, double majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
