Nathan’s hospitality experience includes assisting a leading timeshare company with long-range financial modeling and planning in support of a change of control process. Additionally, Nathan developed new analytics on its $1 billion loan portfolio, which helped identify performance improvement opportunities within the sales function to improve portfolio performance.

In 2017 Nathan assisted with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management of a distressed retailer with over $1 billion in annual revenue. In this role, he was responsible for all finance planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting activities, revenue share partnerships, and M&A activity.

Nathan also served as a financial analyst and valuation specialist for several companies, including Hilco Global, Zweig Group and Axiom Valuation. He performed extensive valuations and financial assessments for going concern businesses as well as buy and sell-side M&A engagements, wind downs and liquidations.
