Patrick is a Director with considerable expertise in company and investment valuation analysis, financial modeling, financial reporting, accounting and auditing, and leveraged loan, distressed debt and private equity investment assessments.
Patrick has experience working directly with investment portfolio managers regarding investment structure and underlying company performance to help determine the appropriate valuation approach and incorporate investment-specific considerations in valuation analyses. Patrick has experience using a wide range of valuation methodologies, including DCF, guideline public company, precedent transaction and option pricing model analyses, in helping clients determine enterprise and equity value of portfolio company investments.
Patrick has performed extensive company and portfolio assessments, including recurring assessments to track financial performance over the investment lifecycle and to analyze potential investment outcomes in real time for transactions that include exits and restructurings. He has also performed loan analyses for clients, including middle market leveraged loans in various transaction structures, distressed debt, and venture loan assessments.
Patrick previously served as valuation analyst for Lincoln International, a global investment bank specializing in M&A, debt advisory, private capital raising, restructuring, joint ventures and partnering. He began his career as an auditor for Grant Thornton, where he performed audits of private equity and private credit funds and reviewed private equity portfolio valuations.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He is a CPA in the State of New York and has held Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.View Other Professionals
