Mackinac Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Relief as an Analyst to the firm.  Rob previously worked as an intern for Mackinac during the summer of 2012 supporting a complex engagement for a client in the hospitality industry.  He was an integral part of the team, contributing to financial modeling, business analysis and various levels of reporting in support of client objectives. He has also assisted management with merger and acquisition transactions, property valuations and forward planning that helped support an asset sale through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding.

Rob graduated with honors from Kalamazoo College in May 2013 where he earned his BBA with concentration in Finance and a minor in Mathematical Statistics.  Rob was also a four year standout member and leader of the Kalamazoo Hornets football team during his college career.  “We are thrilled to have someone with Rob’s character, drive and determination join the Mackinac team, “said Jim Weissenborn, Mackinac’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner.  “He has already demonstrated his ability to contribute in complex situations in different customer environments.  We look forward to Rob’s growth as an important part of the Mackinac Partners team.”
